SPECIFIC FICTION

I’m Jonathan Desrosiers, pronounced “Day Rose Ay” — a 24-year-old artist, graphic designer, and entrepreneur from Miramar, Florida. My pursuit of artistry began when I was 10 years old, living in New York, where I was heavily influenced by music, graphic art, and illustration.

My family’s support was vital in the pursuit of my career. My father was a musician and entrepreneur, my mother a teacher — and the perception of life they gave me inspired me to become a creator.

Working diligently, I began my career upon arriving in Florida. In 2008, I started a clothing business named “Vintage Stereon” with my friends. As the brand’s graphic designer, my artistic views and versatility grew — and from there I went on to orchestrate events and work with prolific figures in the clothing industry.

Today, with an unending interest in art and the connections I’ve made along the way, painting has become a new avenue for my craft. From murals in Wynwood to portraits of important people, I’ve found there is no limit to my ability. Ultimately, I plan to own one of the greatest streetwear brands and have an influential impact on the standards of art direction.
